The #Maharashtra govt has decided to temporarily reduce stamp duty on flats TILL 31st MARCH 2021

The #Maharashtra govt has decided to temporarily reduce stamp duty on flats from 5% to 2% till December 31. From Jan 1 till March 31, the stamp duty will be 3%. This is to boost the stagnant real estate market, which has been badly hit following the pandemic #lockdown last March.

 GOOD NEWS FOR NEW PROPERTY PURCHASER                                                                           Stamp duty from 5 % to 2 % until December 31, 2020,

Stamp duty from Jan 1, 2021, until March 31, 2021, will be 3 %.
